This past weekend, the city of Maricopa hosted an annual Free Fishing Derby for the kids. Its a lot of fun.
They stock the lake with 600 lbs of catfish
170 registered anglers
1 1/2 hours to catch as many as you can!
We caught...ONE!
(I think we were in the wrong spot.)
But, it was fun.
