We went to the Indian Hoop Dance competition with our neighbors at the Heard Museum in Phoenix last weekend. The Heard Museum is dedicated to the Native American Culture. It was really neat to see these individuals practicing the craft of Hoop Dancing...sometimes wielding up to 50 hoops at once! It was great because of the stories each dancer told and how they used the hoop to create images. Very awesome. These are our neighbors: Deybis, Kendra, Leticia, and "Little"
Eden. "Big" Eden shows off her Hoop dancing skills, without the hoops.
Grace liked this tranquil fountain. It was so clear, you could easily catch reflections in the pool.
Selah enjoys the show.
